About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Fullstack Developer with a strong background in IT technologies to lead the development of a comprehensive software system. This system will include functionalities such as quotations, ordering, accounting, warehousing, inventory management, and more.

This is a full-time, onsite position, requiring the developer to work closely with team members to gather insights, collaborate on ideas, and ensure the software meets organizational needs. The role also includes managing existing software, enhancing our website, and designing mobile applications that complement the new system.

This position is based onsite at our office and runs from Monday to Friday. It is a 12-month contract with potential for extension based on project needs or additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement a complete software system from the ground up.
• Build functionalities for key business operations, including quotations, ordering, accounting, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members to gather feedback and align the system with company requirements.
• Manage and maintain the current software system, ensuring seamless integration with new developments.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the company website.
• Design and implement mobile applications to complement the new software system.
• Test, debug, and optimize the system for performance, scalability, and security.
• Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in web development technologies and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
• Write clean, maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and enhance functionality.
• Manage version control using GitHub or SVN for collaboration on projects.
• Implement security measures such as Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to protect sensitive data.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Skills

• Strong understanding of web development principles and frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure for deploying applications.
• Knowledge of RBAC principles for secure application access management.
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like GitHub or SVN.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration within the team.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages like MongoDB, Python, React, and Azure.
• Strong understanding of full stack development, including frontend and backend architecture.
• Experience in designing and building large-scale software systems.
• Familiarity with mobile application development frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of system integration and API development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in ERP or similar systems development.
• Background in inventory, warehousing, or accounting software design.
• Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
