Job Objective: This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Technology Associate with 3 years of experience to join Silvercrest’s team within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The role involves designing and implementing cost-efficient technology solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to gather business requirements, and ensuring seamless system integration. The Technology Associate will play a key role in optimizing existing systems, overseeing upgrades, and providing technical expertise across various initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Technology Solutions & Analysis: Design and implement technology systems that align with business needs and operational goals.
- System Integration & Upgrades: Oversee system enhancements, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth integration of multiple platforms.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, developers, and end-users to understand technical needs and recommend solutions.
- Project Management: Lead technology projects, manage work backlogs, and provide updates to leadership teams.
- Business Process Improvement: Analyze and enhance existing workflows, ensuring technology optimally supports business functions.
- Research & Development: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
- Technical Documentation & Training: Develop user guidelines, technical documentation, and provide training to ensure efficient system use.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a technology associate, consultant, or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Python, SQL, Azure Cloud, Excel/VBA, XML, C#/.NET, , LLMs, and cloud software.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to troubleshoot complex technology challenges.
- Collaboration: Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, engaging with stakeholders across departments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical concepts for business users.
We anticipate the base salary range for this position to be approximately $110,000-$125,000 USD. The actual base compensation offered will be determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant years of experience, career progression, qualifications, educational background, certifications or professional licenses, and role-specific skills. Base salary represents one element of Silvercrest’s comprehensive compensation package, which also includes robust benefits and may include incentive-based compensation.
