How you will make an impact :
Shorewood is seeking a Maintenance Tech who will play a vital role in our community, diligently maintaining the Physical Plant and Grounds to prevent breakdowns and accidents while meeting regulatory requirements. Working closely with the Director of Environmental Services, they set annual goals and implement strategies to achieve them. They promptly report breakdowns and anticipated issues, ensuring the well-being of residents and stakeholders. Their support in swiftly turning around apartments for showcasing, renting, and move-ins contributes to revenue generation. Additionally, they actively communicate scheduled maintenance, discuss future plans for equipment upkeep, and provide input for capital budgeting.
Schedule varies : This is a full-time position, during the day with an on-call rotation every 4 weeks.
