Impact as Director of Reflections
You will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our programming, resident, and family satisfaction. Develop and implement exceptional programs for residents, particularly in Memory Care.
Responsibilities and Requirements
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday with daytime hours and occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum two years' experience in geriatrics.
- Minimum one year of experience working with individuals who have Alzheimer's or Dementia.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
