Becoming an Executive Director at Village Shores, you’ll offer a unique opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of residents and their families. As an Executive Director, you have the power to shape the future of the community, advocate for residents' needs, and contribute to the overall advancement of senior healthcare.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, working 8:30am – 5:00pm
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Housing or Health Care, or a related field.
- Assisted Living Director license
- 5 years of experience in supervisory role in housing, service, or health related
- 2 years in Director-level capacity
