How you will make an impact:
Our Maintenance Technician ensures the facility's buildings, grounds, and equipment remain safe, functional, and comfortable for our residents. Our Maintenance Technician will respond to requests from residents in a patient, respectful, and mindful manor. This role will handle regular preventive maintenance as well as basic repairs of furniture, fixtures, and building infrastructure. This role helps in maintaining outdoor spaces too. As a plus, our building is newly constructed!
Schedule:
This position works flexible daytime hours with rotating weekends and holidays.
What you will need:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 2 years of experience in a maintenance or handyman role
- Continuing education in a mechanical, electrical, or HVAC field preferred.
