Job Description:
As a Resident Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting residents with personal cares, medications, and mobility. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide resident-centered care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by our healthcare team
- Assist residents with mobility, including transfers and ambulation
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of one year experience in assisted living or related healthcare field preferred
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions
