How you will make an impact:
Join our team as a Director of Wellness and Fitness and play a critical role in promoting the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents! The Director of Wellness and Fitness will perform health and wellness programming with multi-diagnostic groups and will provide an overall balanced approach to health and wellness in our community based on the needs of our members.
Schedule: Full-time position, Monday through Friday with day-time hours. No holidays or weekends are required!
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably a degree in Exercise/Fitness/Wellness
- 2 years of management experience in a fitness-related position, preferably working directly with senior citizens
- Previous training in Aquatic Exercise & Aquatic Safety required
