Required Qualifications
- Professional knowledge of adult learning and training theories, principles and concepts.
- Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development and e-learning development
- Knowledge of and ability to apply theories, principles and concepts of curriculum desin and development
- Comprehensive knowledge of program management, assessment and evaluationmethodologies to determine voerall effectiveness and efficiency of programs.
- Experierience with developing, designing and delivering high -quality instructional materials and course that facilitate effective learning experience for employees.
- Prior experience supporting senior-level management.
- Familiarity with the customer's organizational structure and mission.
- Proven ability to work across organizational boundaries to achieve mission objectives.
