Responsibilities
- Perform HUMINT planning and execution, including data collection, analysis, coordination, and reporting.
- Adaptively plan to identify knowledge and capability shortfalls.
Requirements
- At least eight (8) years of experience in HUMINT-related operations, with a minimum of five (5) years in Collection Management and all-source analysis.
- Two (2) years of managerial experience supporting HUMINT programs and analysis.
- Advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, HVI Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Patterns of Life Analysis.
- Proficient in using information databases such as HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting, GCOMS, CRATE, and CHROME.
- Strong knowledge of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT analysis.
