Required Qualifications
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in an analytic or targeting capacity within a National Intelligence Agency, Combatant Command staff, or DoD operational units.No less than five (5) years of experience performing targeting support to HUMINT operations or HUMINT programs. A graduate of any one or combination of the following: Targeting Foundations Course (TFC), HUMINT Targeting Training Seminar (HTTS), or Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC) or a legacy equivalent (Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC), Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course (AHTC), Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC), and Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)).Advanced skills in the Intelligence Cycle, HUMINT Targeting Cycle, HVI Targeting, Human Factors Analysis, Human Terrain Analysis, Social Network Analysis, and Patterns of Life Analysis.Expert knowledge and understanding of HUMINT theory, doctrine, rules, regulations, directives, systems, concepts, methodologies, and relevant skills related to HUMINT targeting operations.Expert knowledge in the application of tradecraft, tools, and methods to collect, analyze, and integrate complex information related to HUMINT targeting.Advanced understanding of HUMINT operations to assist in the development and implementation of HUMINT collection, HUMINT Lead generation/development strategies, HUMINT management, collection planning, and exploitation
