SilverEdge is seeking candidates for the following position: Strategic Communications Specialist-Full Performance
- Content developer/writer/coordinator – To support client, from writing and editing articles to coordinating across the client's organization for validation and publishing - Strategic communicator - Designer – Must have skillset to utilize adobe illustrator and create graphic design for client marketing and placemat visuals
Responsibilities
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in strategic communications with the ability to research and draft original content for a variety of communication channels and methods.• Ability to plan, develop, design and revise corporate websites desired
• Provide strategic communication services to communicate Government initiatives and priorities across the office and the Government• Design and delivery of a variety of communications materials• Create pro-active and responsive solutions to business needs and seizing opportunities for continuous improvement in individual, team, business unit, and organizational processes• Coordinate with Program Office leadership to prioritize potential initiatives in the context of strategic drivers, identify and de-conflict cross-initiative schedules and resources as needed• Develop customer-facing and partner-facing collateral and presentations as required• Build powerful communications through sound strategy and excellent execution• Oversee client brand strategy and ensure successful implementation
• Bachelor’s degree in any field; high school, vocational school, or trade school diploma and five (5) years’ work experience in a similar field may be substituted for degree requirement
Security Clearance: Active, in-scope US Government issued Top Secret Clearance w/ FS Poly
Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.

• Experience with Maximo, SharePoint, and Cognos desired
