Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Assistant to join our team for the night shift (7p-7a) at our healthcare facility in Pearland, TX. The Medical Assistant will be responsible for providing support to healthcare professionals, assisting with patient care, and ensuring the smooth operation of the medical facility during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Assist healthcare professionals with patient examinations and procedures
• Take and record vital signs
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
• Perform basic laboratory tests
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the medical facility
• Provide support to patients and their families
• Adhere to all healthcare regulations and protocols

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Medical Assistant program
• Certification as a Medical Assistant
• Prior experience working as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
