Corporate Trainer
An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in this or a comparable position. They will be personable, knowledgeable in restaurant financials and how to make an impact on the business. Ability to set and achieve goals, motivate staff is key to achieving efficient restaurant operations as well as maximizing production, quality and service standards. Must be knowledgeable in both FOH and BOH operations and hiring for both. You will be expected to lead by example and support your staff wherever needed. This is a hands on management role.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to
Meet SLR designated goals
Write Schedules for FOH & BOH to meet company goals for coverage and labor cost
Manage ordering of product, packaging and administrative supplies
Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
Lead training of new onboarding team members, provide feedback for current team members to continue improving guests’ experience
As a member of the corporate training team -- frequent travel to new opening locations is often required. Training will be performed by trainers on-site.
