Duties:
- Maintain and care for cannabis plants
- Operate power tools and hand tools to complete various gardening tasks
- Clean and maintain garden equipment and tools
- Assist with installation and maintenance tasks
- Remove weeds and unwanted plants from gardens
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Understanding of basic plant care, including watering, pruning, and fertilizing
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise work in maintaining garden aesthetics
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting 75lbs regularly, and standing for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow instructions
Note: Previous experience in gardening is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
