Direct Sales Representative's Duties and Responsibilities : Go directly to our client's lead base performing door-to-door sales pitches to sell the various client offerings Assist homeowners and residences with saving money through our community-focused sales practice Gather the necessary homeowner information needed to provide a custom solar solution Set appointments for closed sales, explaining the installation process from start to finish with transparency Escalate any outstanding customer questions to our team of Sales Experts to ensure the customer understands the entire sale process as needed Network with strategy and grow / develop our customer base Monitor and track company metrics based on the team's performance Direct Sales Representative’s Requirements & Education A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required A degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing is a plus Exceptional customer service skills or 1-2 years in a Sales or Account Management position Previous door-to-door sales experience or commission and retail experience is preferred Possess excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and resolve issues, questions, and concerns #LI-Onsite Powered by JazzHR
