We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our sales team at our newest location in the Philly suburbs! We are the largest trailer dealership network in the country! The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to engage with customers effectively. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, finance applications and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
*Duties*
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to and assisting customers in a friendly manner.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and effective upselling techniques.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
-Maintain a clean and accurate business page with updates made daily.
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
- A proactive attitude towards advertising and promoting products to enhance sales & customer experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork.

Hourly plus commission, 13%-18% commission. Paid bi weekly plus monthly bonuses based on performance.
