Rate: $60/HR on C2C

Have at least experience over 2 Years of coaching teams in SAFe methodology (NOT looking for Scrum Master)
Certifications (SPC) are good to have but working experience is a must.
Able to articulate their role clearly in Enterprise level agile transformation journey
Detailed Role Description
Objectives of this role
- Work with agile champions and product managers in various lines of businesses to identify key areas of improvement in agile maturity in the front office
- Guide product managers adopting agile techniques and improving their agile maturity.
- Coaching product managers to define clear, concise and measurable objectives and adopt data driven decision making
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset, and ensure the organization is adhering to industry best practices
Responsibilities
- Provide coaching, training and guidance to product managers and product owners fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of and expertise in Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), assisting product managers and teams in defining clear, measurable objectives aligned with organizational goals
- Leverage agile methodologies and coach Product managers and agile release trains in techniques such as storymapping, creating MVPs to validate ideas and gather feedback, prioritization techniques and agile estimation techniques
- Communicate agile principles, scrum practices, and overall operating model across the organization
- Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures by product managers and agile release trains
Required experience.
- 5 years working in an agile environment as a coach
- 5 years working in an agile environment as a c Product manager
- Currently or just completed Agile transformation for top bank
- Exposure to a large-scale enterprise agile transformation with demonstrated experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or other scaling frameworks and deep understanding of agile values and principles.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating collaborative sessions, managing customer expectations, and ensuring work is aligned with the enterprise goals and objectives.
- Familiarity with agile tools & suites including JIRA, Atlassian, or similar agile managementtooling.
- Education, Qualifications, Skills
- Bachelor s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master s degree
- Scaled Agile (SAFe) SPC Certification, SAFe PO/PM certification, CSPO, PSPO or similar certification
- Expertise with making presentations using PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
- Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
