Paralegal

Base Compensation: $55,000-$95,000 annually (plus significant bonus potential)

Benefits:

• Employer covers 100% of health, dental, and vision insurance costs for employees and 75% of those costs for family members

• Employer fully funds HSA contributions (single or family) up to the IRS limit

• 3% employer match on employee retirement contributions  

• Student loan repayment plans

• Relocation packages (if applicable)

Billable Hour Requirement: 1,400 annually

Location: Butte, Montana

Minimum Qualifications: Paralegal certificate or associate degree

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•          Act as a point of contact for clients

•          Support a diverse group of attorneys

•          Draft legal documents

•          Prepare and file documents with the courts and legal government agencies

•          Serve as a notary

•          Stay up to date on amendments in laws and regulations

•          Attend relevant continuing education courses

•          Communicate effectively

•          Engage in healthy conflict
