Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Estimator role located in Ringgold, GA. The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for plumbing projects. The Estimator will collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure accurate and competitive bids are submitted.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in the plumbing or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred, but not required
