Group Copy Supervisor

Group Copy Supervisor is needed for a FULL TIME opportunity that is mainly remote, but occasional travel to Mountain Lakes, NJ would be required.

Some highlights of the role -

• Oversee and guide the creative output produced by Copy Supervisors, providing mentorship and feedback while contributing to their performance evaluations.
• Develop high-quality primary sales materials, secondary “pick-up” pieces, and other copy related to assigned account(s).
• Collaborate in creative team brainstorming sessions, assist with referencing and highlighting copy, and participate in relevant internal product and creative meetings.
• Gain and maintain expertise in assigned brand(s), including knowledge of the disease state, market landscape, marketing/advertising strategies, and tactical plans.
• Ensure adherence to FDA guidelines and processes throughout the creative development process.
• Translate complex scientific and market research data into clear, compelling, and persuasive copy.
• Experience with managed markets is highly desirable.
