We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with expertise in Salesforce, Vendavo (CPQ, Pricing, Quoting), and Continuous Improvement initiatives to lead cross-functional teams in delivering impactful business solutions. This role will be responsible for driving the successful execution of projects that enhance our sales, pricing, and reporting capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and adoption, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Oversee multiple initiatives across Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience, Maps, Territory Management, CRMA) and Vendavo pricing solutions (CPQ, List Pricing, Quoting, Optimization).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including commissions tracking, field service optimization, and reporting enhancements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, and other project management tools.
- Facilitate UAT testing, change management, and user adoption strategies.
- Ensure projects align with business goals and deliver measurable value to the organization.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in Salesforce and Pricing Solutions.
- Proven experience leading projects involving Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Maps, CRMA) and/or Vendavo (CPQ, Pricing, Quoting, Optimization).
- Strong understanding of Commissions, Field Service, and Business Intelligence Reporting.
- Expertise in Agile (Scrum, SAFe) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- PMP, SAFe, or Agile certification preferred.
