We have an exciting new role for a Lead UX Designer. This is an opportunity to leverage AI to simplify complex experiences, turning traditionally frustrating workflows into intuitive, human-centered journeys. It s a high-impact, engagement with strong potential to extend into FY 26 or convert to a full-time position.
What You ll Do:
- Lead UX efforts to simplify complex workflows and craft user experiences that feel intuitive, personalized, and human.
- Use AI-driven insights to create radically smarter, more adaptive user journeys.
- Design across platforms from responsive desktop and mobile to conversational and voice interfaces.
- Bring a hybrid mindset: equal parts thoughtful UX strategy and refined UI execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and business teams to bring ideas to life.
What We re Looking For:
- Proven experience simplifying complex UX/UI challenges, especially in regulated or legacy-heavy industries like insurance or financial services.
- Familiarity or hands-on experience applying AI concepts to improve user experiences.
- A portfolio that demonstrates both UX thinking and UI polish across multiple platforms (mobile, desktop, conversational UX).
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in hybrid work environments.
- Availability to work onsite several times per week - must be local and able to attend F2F interviews
