What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Business Analyst position at SilverSearch, Inc.?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to take ownership of requirements documentation for Finance centric projects, including a forthcoming ERP implementation.
You will drive requirements gathering and process documentation for finance-focused projects, including an upcoming ERP implementation. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define and document business needs, creating process diagrams, and preparing user stories with acceptance criteria to support development teams. You will act as a key intermediary between business and IT teams during discovery sessions, manage QA and UAT coordination, and oversee change management activities.
The role requires a solid understanding of financial operations, such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and reporting, along with experience in ERP platforms like SAP (or similar). Prior involvement in ERP transformations and proficiency in Finance related projects are highly valued and will be considered first.
