What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Payroll Manager position at SilverSearch, Inc.?
Global Payroll Manager position is available for 3-6 months that will then convert to a FULL TIME opportunity. This role is requiring 3 days onsite/week in Jersey City.
This role is a mix of strategy with a payroll transformation and managing about 15 people here in the US and Europe. They recently went through a migration to Oracle Cloud/Fusion.
Some highlights of the role -
• Review and approve global payrolls.
• Review for accuracy and approve payroll commissions, bonus, severance, and vacation payments.
• Lead the payroll integration for new acquisitions.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests and maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
- Any background with Oracle Cloud/Fusion would be a PLUS
Salary : $75 - $85
