Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Estimator. The Junior Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to estimating costs for construction projects, assisting estimators in preparing and submitting bids. This role involves working closely with senior estimators, project managers, and clients to ensure accurate and timely project estimates.
Qualifications:
- Estimating, Cost Analysis, and Bid Preparation skills
- Knowledge of project planning and procurement processes
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proficiency in construction estimation software/tools
- Relevant degree or certification in Construction Management or related field a plus
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
