A Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation law practice is seeking an entry-level Staff Attorney to join the team in Atlanta. This role is ideal for recent law graduates or attorneys with 1-2 years of experience. You’ll manage personal injury cases from start to finish, including client communication, case documentation, negotiations, and collaboration with senior attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee personal injury cases from start to finish.
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
- Draft legal documents and manage deadlines.
- Negotiate settlements and assist in litigation.
Qualifications:
- JD or 1-2 years of experience in personal injury or workers' compensation law.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Case Management Software preferred.
