• Summary :
• Under general supervision, this position performs a variety of diagnostic echocardiographic procedures on patients, including 2D echocardiograms, 2D Doppler echocardiograms, and stress echocardiograms. The incumbent also assists physicians with transesophageal echocardiograms.
• Responsibilities :
• Patient Interaction :
• Explains the purpose and duration of the echocardiogram procedure to patients to allay fears. Provides excellent customer service throughout the examination.
• Data Collection :
• Obtains pertinent patient data for interpretation by a board-certified cardiologist.
• Image Acquisition :
• Obtains two-dimensional ultrasonic images of the heart, including 2D echocardiograms, 2D Doppler echocardiograms, and stress echocardiograms. Obtains high-quality ultrasonic images from patients with complex health issues.
• Physician Assistance :
• Assists physicians in conducting transesophageal echocardiograms.
• Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s Degree, at least 1 Year work experience in a Echo Tech
• RDCS or RCS

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $34.67 - $53.73 per hour
