We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing pharmaceutical care services, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Duties
- Dispense prescription medications to patients
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
- Conduct patient assessments and recommend appropriate medications
- Administer immunizations and perform medication therapy management
- Oversee pharmacy technicians in their duties
- Compound medications when necessary
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Perform IV insertions when required
- Deliver exceptional patient service and care
- Requirement

- 08 hours Eve - M-F 2 : 00p- 10 : 30p- (weekends as needed)

Education : MA Pharmacy License required
Experience : 1 years required; Hospital experience preferred
infusion center, hospital or outpatient, experience with Epic
hazardous sterile compounding (both preparation and verification),
clinical review / verification of oncology / ambulatory clinic orders for adult patients.
Cannot have worked perm / travel for any Beth Israel facility within the past year.
COVID Vaccines Booster required at time of submission.
