RN Supervisor

The Nursing Supervisor position at our hospital involves overseeing nursing staff and ensuring high-quality patient care. The role requires a strong background in acute pain management, critical care, dementia care, and anatomy knowledge.

• Duties
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities
• Provide guidance and support to nursing teams
• Monitor patient conditions and ensure appropriate care is provided
• Assist with complex patient cases and procedures
• Utilize laboratory skills including phlebotomy when necessary
• Administer injections as needed
• Manage team schedules and assignments effectively
• Requirements :

Travel Only

Must have RECENT acute care facility supervisor experience as a House / Nursing Supervisor.

RN Supervisor will oversee all units at Unity

Shift D / E / N with EOW shifts may be 8a-4p, 4p-12a, and 12a-8.

8 hrs / 40 week

Required EOW (Every other weekend) 8a-4pm.

BLS / ACLS as they respond to all codes

Preferred- previous nursing supervision experience

Pay : $70.00 - $73.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 per week

Schedule :

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime
• Rotating shift
• Rotating weekends

• Supervisor : 3 years (Required)
• RN : 3 years (Required)
• Acute care : 2 years (Required)

License / Certification :

• BLS Certification (Required)
• ACLS Certification (Required)

Ability to Commute :

• Rochester, NY 14626 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate :

• Rochester, NY 14626 : Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
