Position: Guest Relations
What You'll Do:
- Be the friendly face of Silverspot Cinema, greeting guests with a smile and providing top-notch service.
- Answer guest inquiries in person, by phone, and by email.
- Use our POS system to sell and swap tickets.
- Keep the guest relations area clean and organized.
- Assist guests with finding their auditorium, exits, and bathrooms.
- Handle guest complaints with a smile using our LAST method (Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank).
What We're Looking For:
- A friendly and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for movies.
- Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours and lift up to 35 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
Education & Experience:
- GED or High School Diploma (or currently enrolled in HS).
