Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery to facilitate the loading and unloading of materials at construction sites. Duties
- Operate heavy machinery including Loader
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Collaborate with construction teams to efficiently load materials while adhering to safety standards and site regulations.
- Manage the loading process by coordinating with ground personnel to ensure safe and effective material handling.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all equipment is stored properly after use.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks on the construction site.
Experience
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation and utility work
- Familiarity with backhoe operation and other construction site machinery is preferred.
- Some perfered mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues with equipment as they arise.
- Experience operating various types of loaders, including front loader
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and safety compliance.
