Duties
- Supervise and run daily operations on the construction site to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently while operating.

- Implement OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with supervisor for daily reports and production.
- Review blueprints and plans to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to crew members, fostering a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
