Duties

- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals with prospective and current tenants.
- Utilize property management software such as Appfolio for tracking leases, payments, and maintenance requests.
- Oversee administrative tasks including record-keeping, budgeting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and property policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Address tenant inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to coordinate repairs and upkeep of facilities.
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage lease agreements.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is preferred.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation.
