Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage various clients bookkeeping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for their own clients, reconciling and managing their tasks for their client load. Our primary software used is QuickBooks Online.
Responsibilities
- Perform bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain client general ledger for both cash basis and accrual basis clients.
- Reconcile Cash and Credit card accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Ability to manage several different client accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions using accounting software.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
Skills
- Proficient in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, for effective financial management.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent account analysis skills to identify trends and discrepancies in financial data.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in all bookkeeping tasks.
- Payroll experience a plus.
- Sales tax experience a plus.
