We are looking for a Fun, Friendly, and Energetic individual who is passionate about coffee and hospitality. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating a warm and inviting experience by crafting delicious beverages, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace. This is a great opportunity for someone who is teachable, outgoing, and enthusiastic about coffee culture and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Drink Preparation: Craft high-quality coffee and espresso beverages with speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Customer Service: Provide friendly and engaging service, ensuring each guest feels welcome and appreciated.
Food & Pastry Handling: Assist in serving pastries and light food items.
Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment, counters, etc.
Stocking & Inventory: Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow baristas and staff to create a positive and efficient environment.
Qualifications: MUST LOVE COFFEE!
Experience: Prior barista or coffee shop experience is preferred but not required—we’re happy to train the right candidate!
Attitude: A positive, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and coffee.
Skills: Strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and take initiative when needed.
