Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Identify and cultivate leads, setting up appointments for insurance quotes.
- Represent Silverthorne at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to increase brand awareness.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and referral partners.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media outreach, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Track and report lead generation efforts and sales activities.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, confident, and results-driven personality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales or marketing experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to engage with the community and attend networking events.
