General Summary of Job Duties: Responsible for all direct marketing campaign management (mail, email and text) with internal programs and externally with vendors. In addition, there is a strong emphasis on inter-departmental communication and external guest service.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties
- Own end-to-end process for Direct Mail campaign execution.
- Email Campaign Development: Plan, create, and execute effective email marketing campaigns that align with company goals, including promotional emails, newsletters, and lifecycle campaigns.
- Management of the Text marketing program to ensure compliance within regulations.
- Advise on testing optimization including A/B and multivariate testing.
- QA all emails, ensuring content is accurate and links work.
- Monitor and manage email deliverability and ensure legal compliance (CAN-SPAM)
- Use data and campaign metrics to make recommendations for continuous improvement of ongoing email campaigns.
- Communicate with other departments such as Creative, Promotions, Hotel, and Finance where applicable.
- Guide the proofing and approval process both in-house and with vendors.
- Prepare and send Direct Marketing Notices to provide information on current direct mail pieces.
- Oversee departmental files, collateral sample books, and distribution of collateral.
- Run mailing lists when applicable and format for vendor use.
- Work in all applications (Super Playmate, Marketing Manager, Bonus Points, etc.) to ensure that offers and promotions are set up and implemented.
- Assist Player Development, Players Club, etc. with guest service issues. Answer guest emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications
Skills, Education & Other Requirements:
- Strong experience with SalesForce Marketing Cloud required.
- Experience creating, sending, and analyzing marketing emails within an email marketing CRM
- HTML proficiency as it relates to email
- Need to be able to multi-task and manage competing priorities and requests
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and good follow-through skills required
- Ability to learn and work independently with minimal direction, while also functioning and contributing as part of a team
