General Summary of Job Duties: Summary: Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-value casino guests. This role focuses on providing personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their satisfaction, and enhancing their over gaming experience. The Executive Casino Hosts collaborates with various departments within the casino to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve revenue targets.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
- Recruits new high-level players through a variety of activities such as referrals, guest visitations, telemarketing and offsite functions.
- Coordinates trips of high-level players from the out-of-town market.
- Handles all aspects of the guest visit (ground transportation, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, entertainment).
- Coordinates with Gaming personnel to introduce new high-level Slot and Table games players while communicating their special requests and needs to property Hosts in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new high value players and retaining existing ones.
- Generating new and repeat business to meet the company goals and objectives.
- Develops and sustains working relationships with all guests, particularly high-end guests.
- Must be flexible with schedule and able to work peak times and special events when necessary to ensure excellent guest service.

Skills, Education & Other Requirements
- Previous Executive Host experience preferred. A minimum of 1-year Executive Host and 2 years Casino Host experience.
- Ability to speak and write English fluently, bi-lingual a plus.
- Ability to use a multi-line telephone and computer.
- Effective organizational skills required.
- Must be a self-starter, motivated, versatile and responsible.
