General Summary of Job Duties:
Responsible for ensuring the overall production of food for the following areas: Main Kitchen, Sundance Grill, Team Dining Room, and the Seasons Buffet. Responsible for preparing food and all menu items with integrity and in accordance with set recipes and plating diagrams. Adherence to departmental and company standards and directives.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton STYLE.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
- Proper maintenance of all areas of kitchen and walk-in coolers in accordance with CCHD and FSS. Proper food handling in accordance with CCHD and FSS.
- Accuracy in all recipes in accordance with set standards and if applicable, proper plating.
- Daily inventory and maintenance of station and area, to guarantee quality product is on your station at all times.
- Maintain a clean work area at all times, cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces as necessary throughout the shift. Keep floor clean and free of debris at all times.
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Report any engineering needs or equipment failures/malfunctions to manager as soon as they are noticed.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests and fellow Team Members.
- Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
- Regular attendance to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Other duties as assigned.
