General Summary of Job Duties: As a Junior Casino Host, you will be an integral part of our Player Development team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and cultivating positive relationships with our valued patrons. The Junior Casino Host supports the team in strengthening relationships with targeted guests, to grow revenue, build brand loyalty, and ensure excellence in guest experiences. The Junior Host will work closely with Hosts and management to ensure that guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience at our casino.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
- Welcome guests with a friendly greeting and help them with any questions they may have, offering details about the casino’s facilities, promotions, and upcoming events.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded during their visit.
- Utilize telemarketing strategies via mail and phone to engage both active and inactive guests, fostering stronger brand loyalty and encouraging visits to the Silverton.
- Increases the growth of gaming revenues through development of a targeted customer base.
- Engage with guests while they’re on-site to foster strong relationships.
- Assist in identifying and cultivating relationships with high-value players, encouraging loyalty and repeat visits.
- Offer complimentary amenities such as food, beverages, transportation, and show tickets.
- Market special events, tournaments, and promotions to specific player segments.
- Provide personalized service to our guests, including arranging accommodations, dining reservations, and special requests.
- Address guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
