General Summary of Job Duties: The Sundance food server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in a friendly and courteous manner, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving food and drinks to guests, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the restaurant.
Principle Responsibilities and Duties:
- Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Values.
- Check for proper identification of a guest appearing to be under the age of 35 years old.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
- Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
- Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
- Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
- Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Skills, Education & Other Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service role, particularly in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and team members.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
