Position Title : Operations Specialist III

Reports to : Post Closing TL / VP of Operations

FLSA Status : Full Time, Hourly, Non-exempt
JOB SUMMARY
The Operations Specialist III assists the Underwriting and Closing department. This position is responsible for reviewing mortgage loan files for accuracy and assisting in correctly and efficiently taking a file to its completion.
JOB FUNCTIONS

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
