We are looking for potential candidates that will provide great customer care when answering inbound sales calls during our live television show . We are looking for candidates that are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Live Show Operators-SilverTowne
Location: Winchester, IN, United States - On Site Required
Hours: Monday-Tuesday-Thursday 6:30p-12:15a
$13.00/hr
**Employees are eligible for Weekly Sales Commission and Monthly Sales Bonuses**
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Provide exceptional customer service
Preferred

- Telephone skills
- Friendly and pleasant demeanor
- Data entry skills
- Average-Above average Typing skills
- Documentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Active listening skills
Requirements:
- Professional Work References
- High School Diploma or GED Required.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and a background check.
- Must be able to work the Holidays that fall on the show nights only.
