What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Window (18) position at Silverwood & Boulder Beach?
The Group Window staff assists groups upon arrival for their park day. Team members make contract adjustments along with issuing additional tickets and wristbands as needed. The Group Window team issues invoices, receives payments and settles group accounts. We work directly with the group sales team to confirm group details and make changes as needed. Team members operate and are fully accountable for a cash register. Staff must be welcoming, accommodating and flexible to adapt to all possible encounters. Willing to work in other areas as job demand requires is a must. Basic computer experience is required.
