What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Center/Lost & Found (14) position at Silverwood & Boulder Beach?
Information Center Department is a fast pace department that is responsible for assisting guests with general park questions, guest concerns and in-park rentals (Stroller, Wheelchair & Electric Wheel Chair). In addition cleaning & detailing all in-park rentals when returned. Frequently using Point of Sale (POS) system and Guest Relation Log. Must have basic Windows computer knowledge. Lost & Found Department is responsible for collection, accurately logging, storing, and returning Lost & found items to guests. Both positions require lifting and standing for a long period of time. Staff must convey a friendly & positive demeanor with our guests in all areas. Must have basic Windows computer knowledge.
Salary : $11 - $16
