So, what does Silvi Materials Recruiter do? You'll be an integral part of our talent attraction team:
- Job board management including data analytics and job descriptions.
- Sourcing candidates from online job boards, career fairs, and partnership schools.
- Review applications through applicant tracking software i.e. ICIMS and third party resources i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter.
- Conducting phone and in person interviews.
- Working with hiring managers for candidate recommendations, submittals, and second interviews.
- Writing job offers and verbally relaying to candidates.
- Conducting employer information sessions and career fairs at universities, technical, and driving schools.
- Assistance with administrative human resource tasks.
- Responsible for the assisting the Human Resource Department with related tasks and activities.
- Supports recruiting initiatives for the HR Team, by coordinating the administrative tasks associated with those activities.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience in human resources or related field preferred but not required.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Thrives in a fast paced and high-volume environment.
- Balancing multiple projects with ability to prioritize.
- Ability to achieve departmental goals.
- Ability to work 2-3 Saturdays a year.
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel.
- Capability to work well within a team atmosphere as well as independently.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
