Title of Position: Lead Facility Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Bristol, PA and travel to all other locations as needed using a company service truck.

As a Silvi Materials Lead Facility Maintenance Mechanic one will complete numerous tasks involved in carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. By performing assigned task of maintaining and repairing the interior or exterior of company premises, you will ensure that our facilities are in top tier condition! One will demonstrate initiative, responsibility, have good interpersonal skills and are flexible/adaptive to a fast-paced and fluid business environment.

So, what does a FacilityMaintenance Mechanic do? You'll be an integral part of our operations team:
- Completing numerous and simultaneous tasks in:
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- HVAC
- Painting
- Perform maintenance and repairs in a well-organized manner
- Obtains, stores, records, safeguards and properly uses equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Maintains a safe, clean working area.
- Ability to drive a vehicle as needed.
Qualifications Required:
- Valid Drivers License
- At least 3 years similar work experience.
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Graduation from a technical or skills trades school preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
In a typical work setting, people in this job:
- Requires stationary position, traverse, move, transport, and the ability to significant degree to operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, or position
- Must be able to work at heights; climb stairs, ladders.
- Lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds on occasion.
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with employees and other individuals as well as function safely within an office environment and, on occasion, may visit industrial plant locations.
