THE OPPORTUNITY
Silvus is seeking a Quality Control Inspector to report to the Lead Quality Control Inspector on the OQC team. Primary responsibilities will include conducting thorough inspections, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring proper procedures are followed for incoming electronic and mechanical parts and during the manufacturing and testing process.
Additionally, this role is responsible for investigating any quality issues, anomalies, or failures and will work alongside engineering and suppliers to recommend any necessary changes or improvements.
The position is full-time, on-site daily, Monday through Friday. The location for this role is Silvus Technologies' HQ in the heart of vibrant West LA.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform and document inspections of products and processes, including electronic cables, GPS devices, Wi-Fi dongles, connectors, mechanical enclosures, shields, and other critical components.
- Conduct inspections tied to receiving raw materials, parts, components, and fit checks as necessary.
- Ability to inspect First Article components and subassemblies.
- Prepare in-process inspection reports, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain Quality documentation.
- Identify the serviceability of parts and components and appropriate tooling.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
NOTE - Must be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. government contracts. Employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check.

COMPENSATION
The pay range is NOT a guarantee. It is based on market research and peer data, and will vary depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
CA Pay Range
22-$25 USD
