Qualifications of Technicians and Mechanics:
- Ability to service all makes and models, gas, and diesel
- Five years minimum in a light-duty automotive repair shop
- Valid drivers license
- Organized and efficient work process
- Detail-oriented and passionate about delivering the car on time
- Adaptive and works well under pressure
- Confident, personable, and a “go-getter.”
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Enjoys supporting a team
- Ability to operate several different types of factory and aftermarket scan tools
- High diagnostic aptitude to figure out any car, gas or diesel, and fix it right.
- ASE Master Certifications are desired but not required
- Desire to work towards building an expanding and growing company that serves the community and employees first through successful company health and wellbeing
